Cynthia Theresa Waters (Edayan), 65, of Kailua passed away March 19, 2017 in Castle Medical Center. She was born October 29, 1951 in Hawaii.

She is survived by husband, Jack Waters; Father, Conrado Edayan; son, Isaac Waters; daughter, Bethany Ellis (Dylan); and brother, Leonard Edayan. She is pre-deceases by mother, Sally Edayan.
