He is survived by sons, Chad Ries, Levi Smith, and Jesse Smith; daughters, Desiree Gestrich and Melinda Ries; brothers, Glenn Lopez, Martin Lopez, Lawrence Lopez, and Jason Lopez; sisters, Kathryn Lontayao, Adele-Marie Nakamura, Ann Miriam Lopez-Hirata, Joan Lopez-
Bagood, and Lolita Lopez. Father, Theodore Lopez (deceased) and Mother, Janice F. Low (deceased); and 7 grandchildren.
