Manuel George De Costa Jr, 72 of Mililani, Hawaii passed away July 1st, 2017 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was born April 24th, 1945 in Paia, Maui.

He is survived by Wife; Angela DeCosta. Sons; Cameron DeCosta. Daughters; Chantel Escobido, Cameo Fong, Charisse Hernandez. Parents; Manuel George DeCosta Sr. (Deceased), Mary F. DeCosta. Brother; Michael De Costa. Sisters; Diana Ledward, Mary Mayeda, Stephanie Franco, Sandra Chuenchit, Emily De Costa, Geraldine Robinson.

Services will be held on Tuesday August 1st, 2017 at St. John's Mililani. Service will begin at 10:30am, Visitation starts at 9:00am. Burial to follow at 1:00pm at Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
