Condolence From: Matthew Sutton
Condolence: My condolences and prayers to Ralph's passing. I did not know Ralph very well personally, but knew a great deal about his legacy of paying it forward with the ROTC and JROTC programs in Hawaii. He touched many lives in this regard. I very much enjoyed observing Ralph's natural leadership ability on the several occassions I had the honor to work with him at various volunteer events and ceremonies. Ralph will truely be missed....

Condolence: My deepest condolences on the passing of Ralph. I appreciate everything he did to support Senior and Junior ROTC programs in Hawaii and the Pacific. Through his hard work and selfless attitude, he ensured that deserving young men and women in those programs were honored with awards and recognition. He paid it forward for that which he had received and that will be his a lasting legacy.
