Neal was a great man, a kind and gentle man. He led with a calm, caring smile and a clear and simple explanation. I will never forget how he listened, pondered, asked questions, commented, clarified and then acted. He was a Soldier and Leader. He inspired confidence in his team because they knew he always had their backs. I will miss him until I see him again.
