He was born on June 5 , 2017 in Princeton, New Jersey.

He is survived by Wife: Malelega Sesilia Tavita
Sons: Shaun and Shane Nelson, Moses, Raymond and Ricky Jr. Tavita and Nelson, De 'Ondre, John-Jon, De 'Vaughn, Ray-Nel, Alii O Aiga, King and Vitolina Pita.
Daughters: Mana Elisa Ann, April and AnnBee Nelson.
Brothers: Kevin and De Andre Nelson

Visitation 5:00 pm Tuesday January 16, 2018 at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuay Chapel , Service 6:00 pm.
Burial 9:30 am with Military Honors Wednesday January 17, 2018 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
