Obituary for Pililua Weniy Keopuhiwa

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Pililua W. Keopuhiwa Sr. “Champy” on January 5, 2018 at his home in Waianae. Surrounded by his loving family at the age of 68.

A retired prison guard from Halawa Prison and Vietnam veteran.

He is survived by his wife Antoinette Keopuhiwa; Daughter, Anjanette (Alvin) Puha; Sons, Pililua (Uilani) Keopuhiwa Jr., BerryMeyer Keopuhiwa & Donald Keopuhiwa; Hanai Daughter, Terry Ann (Kenny) Joseph; 13 grandchildren; Brothers, Harold (Jenny) Hirakawa, Joseph Keopuhiwa III, Samuel (Joann) Keopuhiwa, Ruben (Laurie) Keopuhiwa, Peter (Gloria) Keopuhiwa; Sister, Madeline (Tom) Ackerman; Hanai brother, Leslie Awana

His Celebration of life will be held at Maili Beach Park, Group Camp Site on
Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm
