Ruth Ayako Ku'uleialoha, 41 of Waianae, Hawaii passed away on May 24, 2018 in Waianae. She was born December 19, 1971 in Honolulu.
She is survived by Parents: David and Ruth Cullen. Sons: Seth Owens, Ethan Owens, Makua Kawelo. Daughters: Taylor Perrin. Brothers: David Cullen. Sisters: Corrine Cullen.
Services will be held Friday July 13th, 2018 at 6:00pm, visitation: 5:00pm at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary.
