He is survived by Wife, Marylyn Rigney; son, Eric Rigney; daughters, Melony Rigney and Melody Rigney; brother, Eward Rigney; sisters, Barbara Nishikawa, Mary Rigney, Kathleen Goulette and Angela Rigney; stepmother, Luisa Rigney and 4 grandchildren. Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Nani Kai Beach Park , Waianae at 11:00 am
