The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jesse Farrar can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Warren McCray

Oh my god, I was Jesse best Friend as we grew up together with Eugene Thompson in the South Bronx. We practiced martial arts together for years. Jesse was the best friend I ever had, and I have tried several times to reach him. I tried social media, and I found his photo once. How did he die?! He and I joined the Marines together. I went in first and that decision has changed my life for the better thanks to Jesse. Before his name change he was known as Jesse Gresham. He loved judo he and trained under Sensi Perria at Tremont Karate club. I took Karate and we would teach one another what we learned after class. Those were some of the best years of my life with Jesse. I have been missing him for a long long time. I met his wife once in Hawaii, I thought he moved from Hawaii. I stayed in the Marines for 22 years and retired. The world lost an amazing man. He was very special to me one I have missed with all my heart. May Jesse rest in peace. If someone from the family would please give me a call 864-804-2573. I would love to meet his children at the minimum and find out how my best friend died. my deepest sympathy, Warren R. McCray He was a little brother to me. I loved this man.
